The Congedi family has been producing extra-virgin olive oil since 1917. A through study of the trees and terrain utilizing the cold pressing process and so retrieving the oil from the olives, through the years we have succeeded to obtain optimum results and exceptional quality. Our family has passed down from generation to generation up until today.

We began at once to select the best olives of Salento in south of Puglia and to sell the oil we produced. Each generation of my family has passed down to the next their expertise in selecting the best extra virgin olive oil.
